SIFAN BV strives to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices for customers within the European Economic Area (EEA).

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). For shipping to addresses outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

  • Standard products (pillow covers, table linens, napkins, placemats, cafe curtains): Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom-made products (blinds, roman shades, honeycomb blinds, cut-to-size curtains): Production takes 5–15 business days depending on the complexity of the order. You will be notified of the estimated production time after placing your order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier service disruptions.

We work with reliable carriers including but not limited to:

The carrier will be selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

5. Warehouse Locations

Your order may be dispatched from either warehouse depending on stock availability and destination, to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight/dimensions of the products, and the selected shipping method.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for non-EU destinations are the responsibility of the customer.
  • VAT is included in the product price for EU customers (taxation at origin).

8. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

8.1 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

  • Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If the issue persists, email us at sifan-be@hotmail.com and we will assist you.

8.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8.3 Incorrect Address

SIFAN BV is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at sifan-be@hotmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

9. Combined Shipping

If you order multiple items, please note that custom-made products (blinds, shades) and standard products may be shipped separately, as they are produced and dispatched from different locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
